Safe Communities: Change Starts With Community

Change Starts With Community houses two programs. A health-based food shelf program for children and adults and gender-based violence prevention and intervention programming for women and girls in the City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County through health, nutrition, economic, and social changes. They received a Fund for Safe Communities grant to support their violence prevention efforts.
