Creating Pathways for Educators

The MPS + St. Thomas Teacher Residency helps educators pursue master’s degrees and teaching licenses, with an emphasis on recruiting diverse and bilingual candidates. It creates a pathway to prepare highly effective and diverse special education and elementary teachers in Minneapolis Public Schools. The Minneapolis Foundation is proud to support this work through our Reimagine Education initiative.
